Design & Creative: From feed to deck, every piece looks like you

The Studio Connecta senior team creates social media graphics, ad creative, presentations, and sales proposals from your brand book. You approve the hours package before the first sketch and get each piece in the right format for its channel.

Illustrative pieces for a fictional brand. On the studio board, four pieces from one campaign for a fictional brand, all with the same logo, typeface, color, and arch: a 4:5 feed post with “New showroom” and “Opens Nov 14”; the cover of a 16:9 sales proposal dated November 2026; a 9:16 story with “Saturday, 10 AM,” “Showroom grand opening,” and a “Book a visit” button; and variation A of a 1.91:1 ad with “Visit the new showroom” and a “Learn more” button. A sticky note on the story logs the review: round 1, approved. A badge in the corner reads: hours approved up front.

Brands that trust Studio Connecta

The pain / 01

In your feed, your ads, and your proposals,
your clients see three different companies.

  1. Scene 01

The brand book never left the PDF

You open the company feed and find Monday's post in one typeface and Wednesday's story with the brand color in a different shade. On the website banner, the logo looks stretched. Each piece came from a different person, and the brand book sits in a folder your team doesn't open.

The cost of leaving it as is

You paid for a visual identity, and your clients can't find it in the pieces they see. With a new look on every post, your company gets harder to recognize.

  2. Scene 02

The deck for your biggest account gets built the night before

Your sales director has a meeting with the quarter's biggest account first thing tomorrow. At 11 PM, he's still pasting screenshots into old slides and hunting for a photo that fits the cover.

The cost of leaving it as is

You charge big-company prices with material that looks improvised. The buyer compares it with the polished proposal your competitor brought and opens the conversation by asking for a discount.

  3. Scene 03

Your ad runs with the only graphic there was time to make

Your paid media manager launches the campaign on Monday with a single piece. By the next week, the same audience has seen that graphic several times, results drop, and he has no second version to test against the first.

The cost of leaving it as is

You pay for ads that show the same piece to the same people, who are already tired of it. Without a second version, you can't tell which headline makes people click.

  4. Scene 04

The feed graphic doesn't fit the story or the banner

Your marketing assistant crops the square graphic for a story, and the headline disappears behind the on-screen buttons. On the website banner, the logo gets cut in half.

The cost of leaving it as is

You pay twice for the same piece: once to create it and again to fix it after it's already live.

  5. Scene 05

Every request starts from scratch with a new freelancer

You send the brief over WhatsApp to yet another freelancer, explain the color palette again, resend the logo, and wait. The graphic shows up days later, good-looking and unrelated to last month's piece.

The cost of leaving it as is

You spend the week chasing vendors instead of selling, and with each new designer your pieces get a different look.

  6. Scene 06

The design bill comes in higher than agreed

You approve a job that looked simple. Then comes a round of revisions, then another, and the invoice arrives with hours the vendor didn't mention were adding up.

The cost of leaving it as is

Your marketing budget runs over without warning. You can't predict what the next campaign will cost or defend the number to your business partner.

Without a method or hours approved up front, your brand's look depends on who made that week's piece, and your bill depends on how many rounds it took.

The shift / 02

Here, the look follows your brand book,
and the bill matches what you approved.

On every project, the Studio Connecta senior team follows the same process: it reads your brief and brand book, estimates the hours for each piece, and starts only after you approve the package. You know the investment before design begins, and every piece goes out under the same brand.

  1. 01

You describe the request, the formats, and your references, and send your brand book.

Senior designers define the campaign concept, write the headline, and edit the images.

  5. 05

    Formats and variations

The team adapts the main design to each channel and delivers ad creative in multiple variations.

  6. 06

You review in up to 2 rounds per piece and get the final files.

Comparison / 05

For a one-off post, a template or a freelancer will do.
For a campaign, compare them side by side.

Template or AI on your own, a new freelancer each time, and Design & Creative, criterion by criterion
Criterion Template or AI, on your own A new freelancer each time With Studio Connecta
Identity The piece follows the template's layout, with your logo on top. Depends on who took the request and how much of your brand book they read. Pieces true to your brand book, with art direction for each campaign.
Formats You crop the graphic for each channel, and the headline can end up behind the story buttons. An extra format tends to count as a new request. The team adapts the main design to each channel's format.
Ads Also produces variations in minutes, all in the template's layout. Test variations only if someone remembers to ask for them in the brief. Ad creative delivered in multiple variations for testing.
Headline Headline written at the last minute by whoever put the graphic together. Depends on what each freelancer includes in the quote. The team writes each piece's headline around the message.
Who creates it You, in your spare time. A different person on each request, with the brief starting from scratch. Senior designers, with the method each project calls for.
Originality A template or prompt layout your competitor uses too. Varies with the creative range of whoever took the request. A visual concept built on your brand.
Cost Almost nothing in cash. You pay with your own hours, time you could spend selling. A quote per request, with different revision rules for each vendor. Hours package approved before design starts.
Final file You export the file and check on your own whether the print shop can use it. Format agreed case by case. Final files in the project's format: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS.

Who it's for / 06

Who it makes sense for,
and who it doesn't.

Where this pain shows up most

  • Lean marketing teams
  • B2B and service companies
  • Sales teams pitching high-ticket deals
  • Companies already running ads
  • Launches or events with a set date
  • Teams with an agency or in-house designer

It's for you if

  • You have a brand book or an established visual identity and want to see it in every piece.
  • Your marketing team gets more design requests than it has hands for.
  • You already run ads and need multiple creative variations to test in your campaigns.
  • Your sales team needs presentations, proposals, and catalogs that match the prices you charge.
  • You have a launch, event, or campaign with a date and need the same piece in several formats.
  • You already have an agency or in-house designer and want a senior team per project, with no monthly fee.

It's not for you if

  • You need a logo or brand book created from scratch: that work falls outside this service.
  • You need video production, photography, or filming. For video editing, the service is Video Editing.
  • You want someone to post on social media and manage your ads. For a monthly presence, the service is Branding & Digital Presence, and for lead-focused ads, it's Lead Generation.
  • You need complex original illustration, 3D, or modeling.

What we need from you

  • A brand book or an established visual identity
  • Access to your brand files: logos, fonts, photos, and color palette
  • The request and the formats for each piece
  • Goal, audience, and required information for each piece
  • Whether the piece has a call to action, and where it leads
  • Whether the material goes to print, with the technical specs
  • Reference links or files, if you have them
  • Your approval of the hours package before design starts

The request, the formats, and the references go in the brief. The team uses it to estimate the hours.

  1. Step 01

    Form and call

You fill out the one-step form on this page, and we schedule a video call about your request.

  2. Step 02

    Brief and proposal

You send the brief with the pieces and formats. The team estimates the hours and sends the proposal with the scope, hours package, and timeline in writing.

  3. Step 03

    Design and files

Once you approve the package, the team creates the pieces, you review them, and you get the final files.

You pay only after you approve the hours package, with the scope in writing.

You send the campaign brief, and the senior team delivers each piece in its channel's format, built from your brand book.

FAQ / 09

Questions before you hire design by the hour.

01

How does hourly billing work?

You approve the hours package and the investment before any design work. In the brief, you lay out the request; the team estimates the hours for each piece and sends you the package for approval. Design starts after you sign off, and you pay by international credit card. There's no monthly fee: you pay for the project you approved.

02

How many revisions does each piece include?

Up to 2 revision rounds per piece, within the approved package. That's why you describe the goal, audience, required information, and references in the brief: the clearer the request, the fewer revisions you need later.

03

I make my own graphics with templates or AI. Why hire you?

For a one-off post, a template does the job. In a campaign, you share the same template with your competitor, and AI tools hand the same kind of layout to anyone who types a similar prompt. The Studio Connecta senior team designs each piece from your brand book, writes the headline around the message, and adapts the piece to each channel.

04

Studio Connecta works with AI. Does the design come from a prompt?

No. Studio Connecta uses AI in services such as AI Marketing Agents. In Design & Creative, senior designers create each piece, with the professional method each project calls for.

05

Do I need a brand book to get started?

Yes. The service starts from your brand book or an established visual identity, with access to the files: logos, fonts, photos, and color palette. If you don't have a brand book, we point you in the right direction on the first call.

06

Do you create logos or visual identities from scratch?

Not in this service. Logos and brand books from scratch fall outside Design & Creative, along with complex original illustration, 3D, and modeling.

07

What format do I get the pieces in? Do you print them?

You get final files in each project's format (JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, and others), with each piece adapted to the channels you use. For printed material, you take the final file to the print shop of your choice. Printing, print production, and licenses for fonts, mockups, and premium stock images aren't included.

08

Do you post the graphics and run the ads?

Not in this service: social media publishing and paid ads management fall outside the scope. To have Studio Connecta run your presence every month, the service is Branding & Digital Presence. For managed ads focused on leads, it's Lead Generation.

09

I already have an agency or an in-house designer. Does hiring you make sense?

Yes. Studio Connecta works alongside your team on the overflow it can't absorb: the launch that needs the same piece in several formats, or the batch of creative to test in a campaign. You hire by project, with the hours approved, no monthly fee, and no need to switch vendors.

10

How soon do I get the pieces?

We put the timeline in writing in the proposal, after the brief. The team reviews the request, the formats, and the complexity of each piece before confirming the date.

11

Do I need to hire another Studio Connecta service first?

No. Design & Creative works on its own and doesn't require AI Marketing Agents or any other service as a prerequisite. If your needs grow, we show you on a call which service is worth adding.
