Branding & Digital Presence: Before they call, clients look up your name

With monthly management from Studio Connecta, anyone who looks you up on social media finds an active brand that feels like you. The team builds the plan from your brand book, creates and reviews every piece, and publishes only after your OK.

Each piece shows its status: approved, waiting on you, or in production. Two pieces in the third week go from waiting on you to approved, and then the brand's feed, on the phone, gets three new posts, each with an approved badge.

Brands that trust Studio Connecta

The pain / 01

People who refer you know your work.
People who look you up see only your posts.

  1. Scene 01

A referred client finds a dormant profile

The firm has been in business for twenty years and gets a strong referral. Before calling, the client opens Instagram: the last post is months old, and none of the projects that built the firm's name are there. A competitor with a smaller portfolio posts often and looks bigger.

The cost of leaving it as is

Prospects without a referral can't find your brand. Prospects with a referral find a company that looks smaller than it is.

  2. Scene 02

You post when you have time, and you almost never do

On Monday, you promise to get back to social media. On Thursday at 11 PM, you ask ChatGPT for a caption and post it with an old photo. After that, the profile stays quiet until your next try.

The cost of leaving it as is

Anyone who visits a dormant profile assumes the company has stalled. And the hour you spend on captions comes out of your time with clients.

  3. Scene 03

Your best work stays off social media

The job wrapped up, the client said thank you, and the photos stayed on the phone of whoever handled the handover. The behind-the-scenes moments that show how your team works stay in the internal group chat.

The cost of leaving it as is

Your best selling point stays hidden, and clients decide based on the portfolio they can see.

  4. Scene 04

The client compares your quote with a cheaper one

You present your proposal. The client replies that they got a cheaper one and asks why they should pay the difference. They know your price, but they've never seen your work from the inside.

The cost of leaving it as is

Without visible positioning, you negotiate on price instead of value, and every discount comes out of your margin.

  5. Scene 05

Every post from your company sounds different

A partner wrote Monday's post, Wednesday's came from a template, and Friday's from a quick prompt. Each one uses its own tone, font, and way of talking to clients.

The cost of leaving it as is

Clients don't recognize your brand from one post to the next, and you start from scratch every time you publish.

  6. Scene 06

Your last agency sent screenshots of likes, and that was it

The agency delivered graphics every week. At the end of the month, it sent a screenshot of likes and never explained what worked or what to change the next month.

The cost of leaving it as is

You pay every month without a read on results, and you end up renewing out of inertia or canceling without knowing whether the problem was the strategy or the execution.

Without a content plan and someone at the controls, your digital presence depends on whatever time is left in your schedule.

The shift / 02

Your competitor uses the same AI.
Only you have your company's inside story.

Studio Connecta takes over your digital presence with monthly management. From your brand book and briefing, we document your content pillars and tone of voice, then build each month's content plan around the behind-the-scenes moments, processes, and proof of your work.

  1. 01

    Brand book and briefing

You hand over your brand identity and the details of your business.

  2. 02

    Pillars and tone of voice

We document your brand's themes and the way you talk to your clients.

  3. 03

    Monthly content plan

The topics and formats of every post, which you approve before production.

  4. 04

    Production

Posts, reels, carousels, stories, and articles, reviewed by the team.

  5. 05

    Your OK and publishing

You approve each piece, and the team schedules and publishes it on your social media.

  6. 06

    Report and adjustments

Every 3 months, you get the performance report and adjust the strategy with the team.

You approve before anything goes live

You approve the monthly plan before production and each piece before it goes on the calendar. To ask for a change, you comment on the task itself, on the online project board.

The team produces the formats in your content plan:

  • Posts
  • Reels
  • Carousels
  • Stories
  • Articles
  • Basic video editing

You see this month's posts pay off next month, and brand results come from those months adding up.

Method / 03

Before the first post,
we study your brand and your competition.

Studio Connecta applies its 4-step method, the same one behind all seven services, to your digital presence. The Diagnosis comes first: we compare your channels with those of the competitor you name in the form.

What's included / 04

One monthly service.
From the plan to the report, we run it.

10 items included 3 layers We run it

Layer 01 · Plan

We document your pillars and tone of voice from your brand book and decide what goes into each month's plan.

Comparison / 05

Three ways to keep up your social media.
Only one has an approved plan and a report.

Posting on your own, generating posts with AI by yourself, and Branding & Digital Presence management, criterion by criterion
Criterion Posting on your own AI on your own With Studio Connecta
Content plan Decided the day before, when there's time. Drafts a calendar when you ask, and sticking to it is up to you. A monthly plan built on content pillars, approved by you before production.
Tone of voice Each post sounds different, depending on who wrote it. Follows the tone you describe in the prompt, and shifts when the prompt does. A tone of voice documented from your brand book and applied to everything we produce.
Pace The profile goes quiet when your schedule gets tight. Produces content in minutes, but only when someone sits down to ask. A scheduled calendar, at the frequency set in the plan.
Content An old photo and a rushed caption. Knows your projects only from what you type into the prompt. Your company's behind-the-scenes moments and proof, in posts, reels, carousels, stories, and articles.
Review Posted on the fly, with no second read. Goes out the way the tool returned it, unless someone checks. Team review and your approval before every post.
Measurement You count likes, and that's it. The tool writes the copy, and measuring results is on you. A performance report every 3 months, with reach, engagement, audience growth, and top-performing posts.
Who does the work You, between meetings. You write the prompt, review, and publish in your spare time. Studio Connecta runs it, and you set the direction in the strategy meetings.

Who it's for / 06

Who it makes sense for,
and who it doesn't.

Where this pain shows up most

  • Architecture firms
  • Law firms
  • Accounting firms
  • Clinics and medical practices
  • High-end brands
  • B2B manufacturers and distributors
  • Busy independent professionals

It's for you if

  • Your company gets business through referrals, an active client base, or its reputation, and your online presence doesn't yet show what you deliver.
  • You post when you have time and want someone to run the plan, the production, and the publishing, with a method.
  • Your clients research you before they ask for a quote, and you want them to find a company that matches your reputation.
  • You sell high-end services and want more than a portfolio to back up your price.
  • You don't have an in-house marketing team. You don't need one for this service.

It's not for you if

  • You need leads this month, with campaigns and lead targets. That's what Lead Generation is for.
  • You want your own team to produce the content in-house. The right service for that is AI Marketing Agents, with a one-time setup and you in control.
  • You need a website or a landing page. Both are part of Web UX & Landing Pages.
  • You expect brand results in the first month. Those come from months of management adding up.

Proof / 07

Almost every company already uses AI.
Few get value from it.

Two 2025 market studies on AI in business. Your competitor generates posts with AI too, and you stand out through your content plan, your tone of voice, and the proof only your company has.

  • 88%

of the companies surveyed already use AI in at least one business function.

    (McKinsey State of AI, 2025)
  • 5%

of the companies that invested in AI created substantial value at scale. Another 60% generated no material value.

(BCG AI Value Gap Report, 2025)

These numbers come from the market. Studio Connecta has served 40+ brands over 10+ years in business. For your digital presence, the method is the same as in all seven services: the Diagnosis comes before the content plan.

What we need from you

  • Your finished brand book
  • The Studio Connecta briefing, filled out with your company information
  • Access to the brand's Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Manager (if you don't have it yet, we set it up)
  • Raw behind-the-scenes photos and videos, for the content and the basic editing
  • Your approval of the monthly plan and of each piece, on the project board
  • Your attendance at the month's strategy meetings

You don't need an in-house marketing team. You send the briefing and brand book after you approve the proposal.

  1. Step 01

    Form and call

You fill out the form on this page, including your main competitor's website, and a specialist schedules an assessment call over video.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal, briefing, and brand book

You get the proposal with the scope in writing. Once you approve it, you send the completed briefing and your brand book.

  3. Step 03

    Strategic plan within 15 days

Studio Connecta presents the plan at onboarding. From then on, the cycle is monthly: approved plan, production, and publishing, with a performance report every 3 months.

You only pay after you approve the proposal, with the scope in writing.

With monthly management, they find your social media active, in your tone of voice, with your work on display.

FAQ / 09

Questions before you hand us your social media.

01

I already generate posts with ChatGPT. Why pay for monthly management?

Generating a post got cheap for you and for your competitor, who uses the same prompt and gets similar copy. Studio Connecta decides with you what to say and to whom, with a tone of voice documented from your brand book. Then the team creates the pieces with the behind-the-scenes photos and videos you send, reviews each one before it goes out, and measures what worked. Day to day, you approve the plan and the content.

02

Do I approve the content before it goes live?

Yes. Nothing goes live without going through you. The team documents your tone of voice from your brand book before the first post. You approve the monthly plan before production and each piece before it goes on the calendar, and you log change requests on the task itself, on the online project board.

03

What does Studio Connecta produce and publish every month?

Posts, reels, carousels, stories, and articles, plus basic editing of the raw videos you send. Each month's frequency goes into the monthly plan, and the team publishes on the brand's social media accounts. Every 3 months, you get the performance report.

04

My business runs on referrals. Do I need to be on social media?

Anyone who gets your name through a referral looks you up before they call. In fields like architecture and law, buyers research first and compare the options they find. With Branding management, people who search for your name find a company on social media that matches your reputation, and people without a referral now have somewhere to find you.

05

I paid a social media agency before and saw no results. What's different here?

We start with the Diagnosis: we compare your channels with those of the competitor you name, and only then build the content plan, with documented pillars and tone of voice. Every 3 months, you get the performance report with reach, engagement, audience growth, and top-performing posts, and you decide with the team how to adjust the plan. We set expectations from the start: here we build authority and brand recognition, and if you need to measure cost per lead, Lead Generation is the service for that.

06

Do I need a brand book?

Yes. The brand book is a prerequisite and sits outside the scope: the team works from it to produce content with your brand identity. If you don't have one yet, tell us on the assessment call, and we'll point you in the right direction before we start. Along with the brand book, we ask for the completed briefing.

07

Do I need to give you access to my company's social media?

Yes. The team publishes from the brand's own accounts, with access to Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Manager. If your company hasn't set up Business Manager yet, Studio Connecta sets it up.

08

How soon does the work start?

The team presents the strategic plan within 15 days after two milestones on your side: the completed briefing and the delivered brand book. From then on, the cycle is monthly: plan and approval, production, review, publishing, and meeting. You get the performance report every 3 months.

09

I need clients now. How soon will this pay off?

You see this month's posts pay off next month, and brand results come from the months adding up. That's why the management is ongoing. If you need to fill your calendar this month, Lead Generation is the right service, with campaigns and lead targets. The two services work on their own and together: someone who sees your ad may already know your brand from your content.

10

Do you handle my website and blog?

The team writes the articles as part of Branding management and delivers the finished text. Uploading the article to your site, building a website or landing page, and editing site copy and images are part of the Web UX & Landing Pages service.

11

What's not included in monthly management?

Monthly management doesn't include paid ads management or ad spend, website building and maintenance, professional video editing, creating the brand book, third-party platform licenses and credits, or any work outside the agreed scope.
