AI Marketing Agents: From a quick ask to a finished piece you approve

If you squeeze your marketing into whatever time is left, Studio Connecta sets up five AI agents inside your company to take each request from brief to report. Nothing goes public without your approval, and the agents, flows, and playbook stay with you.

One-time setup · You run it · Ready within 10 days after the briefing and brand book

Illustrative flow with a fictional request and company. At 9:12 AM, the sales team asks for 3 posts and 1 email about the launch of a new product line by Thursday. The operations engine routes the request to content and calls in the agents in sequence: the Briefer builds the brief, the Creator writes the four pieces in the brand voice, the Reviewer runs the stress test, and the Deliverer formats them for feed, story, and email. At the end, the pieces are ready for you to approve or send back for edits, and the Analyst logs the delivery in the report after it goes out.

Brands that trust Studio Connecta

The pain / 01

At your company, marketing
happens when someone has time.

  1. Scene 01

Monday's post depends on your Sunday

Sunday night, you open your laptop to write Monday's post about the new product. The copy doesn't exist yet, and the company goes another week without posting.

The cost of leaving it as is

You post when you can and vanish from the feed in your busiest weeks. And you spend the most expensive hour in the company, yours, on an operational task an agent could do in your brand voice.

  2. Scene 02

You pay for AI and tools, and the process stays in a spreadsheet

Your manager generates the copy in an AI chat, pastes it into a graphic, and sends it for approval on WhatsApp. The brief arrives by email, tracking lives in a spreadsheet, and nobody has time to run the tools the company pays for.

The cost of leaving it as is

You renew the subscription without gaining capacity, like the 60% of companies that invested in AI and generated no material value (BCG AI Value Gap Report, 2025).

  3. Scene 03

The copy sounds robotic and goes back for a rewrite

Your business partner reads the post the AI delivered and hears the tone of any company in your industry. He rewrites half of it before publishing, because his clients notice when a brand sounds stiff.

The cost of leaving it as is

You save time on generation and lose it in review. And the competitor using the same prompt publishes copy that reads like yours.

  4. Scene 04

Every new piece depends on the same person

The company grew, and marketing stayed the same size. Your marketing coordinator gets requests on WhatsApp and approvals by email, and sales waits in her queue for this month's campaign.

The cost of leaving it as is

The obvious fix is to hire one person per role, with salary and payroll costs on the books. Without that hire, sales launches the campaign whenever the coordinator gets to it.

  5. Scene 05

The monthly report is hand-built, with no analysis or next step

On the last Friday of the month, your marketing manager exports numbers from the ad platforms and social networks into a spreadsheet. Leadership gets the table on Monday, with nothing but numbers.

The cost of leaving it as is

Leadership sets next month's budget in the dark, and your manager spends the day copying and pasting numbers.

  6. Scene 06

The proposal and the follow-up depend on a salesperson's memory

Your sales director walks out of a good meeting on Tuesday. The proposal isn't ready until Friday, because someone has to adapt the template by hand, and next week's follow-up waits until someone gets to it.

The cost of leaving it as is

The prospect cools off between the meeting and the proposal and signs with the competitor who replied first.

With a standalone AI tool, you speed up one task at a time. The request, the review, and the report stay with people who are already out of time.

The shift / 02

A team has roles, review, and someone who signs off.
We build your agent team the same way.

The operations engine routes the requests, five agents split the work, and every phase goes through a quality gate. The operation runs on an AI platform installed on your team's computer, and nobody needs to code.

  1. 01

    You make the request

Through a single request channel, the way you'd ask a person.

  2. 02

    The engine picks the route

The operations engine classifies the request and calls in the right specialist.

  3. 03

    Briefer

Turns a rough request into a structured brief.

  4. 04

    Creator

Writes content, copy, posts, and proposals in your brand voice.

  5. 05

    Reviewer

Runs the stress test for consistency, claims, errors, and grammar.

  6. 06

    Deliverer

Formats each piece for its channel, ready for you to approve.

  7. 07

    Analyst

Logs the delivery and builds the report: context, data, analysis, and actions.

Quality gates

We set up a quality gate at every phase of the Master Pipeline. A piece moves forward only after it clears that phase's gate, and the last gate is your approval:

  • Documented brand voice
  • Structured brief
  • Reviewer stress test
  • Format for each channel
  • Your approval

Without a documented brand voice, the Creator doesn't start.

Method / 03

The first agent comes in
after the Diagnosis.

Studio Connecta uses the same 4-step method across all seven services. For the agents, the Diagnosis is where you and our team decide what to automate first and what stays with your people.

What's included / 04

One setup.
The operation built, documented, and handed to your team.

12 items included 4 layers You run it

Layer 01 · Diagnose and design

The map before the first agent.

We learn your business and design the operation before we configure any agent.

  • Discovery and full diagnosisBusiness, audiences, channels, and brand voice: tone, vocabulary, and the claims you allow and ban.
  • Custom AI architectureRoutes, agents, commands, and integrations designed for your industry, your audience, and your channels.

Starting point What your team does by hand every week

Layer 02 · Build the agent team

An agent team, with a process.

Every request follows the same route, from brief to delivery, with a review before anything goes out.

  • Operations engineClassifies the request, picks the route, and calls in the right specialist.
  • 5 specialist agentsBriefer, Creator, Reviewer, Deliverer, and Performance Analyst.
  • Master PipelineA quality gate at every phase. Every piece goes through the Reviewer before the Deliverer.
  • Ready-made commandsBrief, Create, Review, Deliver, Report, Proposal, Onboarding, Follow-up, Diagnosis, and more.

Where On an AI platform on your team's computer

Layer 03 · Connect and automate

The operation connected to what you already use.

We connect the agents to your channels and give your team the process automation module.

  • Integrations with your existing channelsSocial media, CRM, and WhatsApp Business, depending on what you already use. A spreadsheet works as a lightweight CRM.
  • Paid ads moduleCampaign operations through the ad platform's official integration, with diagnostics. You keep the management and the budget.
  • Process automationA module that turns a repeated routine into a blueprint, SOP, test, and rollback, so your team can automate it.
  • Squad buildingGroups of agents assembled by phase and by bottleneck in the operation.

Integrations As scoped in the proposal

Layer 04 · Hand over control

The operation moves to your team.

At handoff, you get the playbook, and your team learns to run the agents.

  • Documented playbook that stays with youThe operating manual, in writing. The agents, flows, and integrations stay with your company too.
  • Onboarding for your internal teamInstallation and an introduction to the AI platform for whoever will run it.

After You run it, with optional monthly support

Not included

  • Third-party and platform licenses and credits (APIs and AI), including the AI platform license, which you pay to the platform directly
  • Paid ads management and ad spend: monthly management is part of Lead Generation
  • Ongoing operation by Studio Connecta after handoff: from there, your team runs the agents
  • Any work not on the included list

Comparison / 05

Three ways to run your marketing.
Only one leaves the process documented in your company.

Marketing done by hand, off-the-shelf AI, and AI Marketing Agents, criterion by criterion
Criterion Done by hand Off-the-shelf AI With Studio Connecta
Starting point Every piece starts from scratch, whenever someone is free. The same prompt your competitor uses. A diagnosis of your business, audience, and channels before the first agent.
Brand voice Changes with whoever writes that week. A generic tone, rewritten by hand in every piece. A documented voice as a gate: without it, the Creator doesn't produce.
Review The person who wrote it reviews it, if there's time left. The copy goes from the chat straight to approval. Gates at every phase of the Master Pipeline, and the Reviewer runs the stress test before delivery.
Channels and integrations Requests on WhatsApp, approvals by email, and tracking in a spreadsheet. Connects to your CRM, social media, and funnel only if you build the connection yourself. Integration with what you already use: social media, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and paid ads, when they're in scope.
Approval No set flow for who approves and how fast. No rule stops something from going out without approval. You decide who approves, and no piece goes public without that approval.
Reporting A spreadsheet built by hand at month-end, with no analysis or recommendation. Results measured in time saved on a single task. The Analyst logs every delivery and builds the report with context, data, analysis, and actions.
Who runs and owns it Your team, within the time it has. You, with no documentation or training. Your team runs it with a playbook and onboarding, and the agents, flows, and integrations stay with your company.

Who it's for / 06

Who it makes sense for,
and who it doesn't.

Where this pain shows up most

  • Owners who do their own marketing
  • Companies bringing marketing in-house
  • Lean marketing teams
  • Agencies and service providers
  • Companies that tried AI without results

It's for you if

  • You want an in-house AI marketing operation and have someone to run it: you, a partner, or an employee.
  • You already use AI for one-off tasks and want a process: brief, review, delivery, and report in one flow.
  • Your marketing team is lean and needs to produce more without hiring one person per role.
  • You want to own what we build: agents, flows, integrations, and playbook.
  • You don't have a tech team or a developer on staff.

It's not for you if

  • You want Studio Connecta to produce and publish your content every month. That path is Branding & Digital Presence, with monthly management.
  • You need leads coming in every month, with the funnel and media managed by Studio Connecta. That path is Lead Generation.
  • Nobody on your team will run the agents after handoff.
  • You expect the AI to publish on its own, without a person's approval.

Proof / 07

Almost every company already uses AI.
Few have brought it into their processes.

88% of companies already use AI in at least one business function (McKinsey State of AI, 2025).

  • 13%

of workers have AI agents broadly integrated into their workflows, even though 72% use AI regularly.

(BCG AI at Work, June 2025)
  • 3.6x

is how much more likely the companies with the best AI returns are to use AI for strategic transformation: they redesign processes and measure results in revenue.

    (McKinsey State of AI, 2025)
  • 5%

of companies investing in AI have created substantial value at scale.

(BCG AI Value Gap Report, 2025)
  • 17%

of the value companies generate with AI in 2025 already comes from agents, and the share should reach 29% by 2028.

You don't have to spend Sunday on Monday's post.

With the agents inside your company, you make the request the way you'd ask a person and get back a reviewed piece, ready to approve.

FAQ / 09

Questions before you build your agents.

01

You can build an agent for free in five minutes. Why hire someone?

You can. An agent built in minutes doesn't know your business or your bottleneck, and it returns the same copy your competitor gets from the same prompt. Studio Connecta delivers the part you won't find in a tutorial: a diagnosis before setup, a documented brand voice, a review before every delivery, integration with the channels you already use, and a playbook for your team to run.

02

I already use AI every day. Can I do this myself?

You can build part of it. If you use AI every day, you already write copy and answer email faster, but your team still runs the process around it by hand: the brief that arrives as a voice message, the review, the formatting for each channel, and the report. For the agents to cover that path, someone has to design the routes, document the brand voice, and configure the gates. Studio Connecta delivers that part ready to go, with a playbook, and you approve at the end.

03

With AI, can I cut my marketing team?

You can take the repetitive work off your team: briefs, first drafts, formatting, and reports. Judgment and decisions stay with people. Cutting staff before you map what you can automate gets expensive: if you automate without a diagnosis, you scale the problem. In the Diagnosis, we build that map before any agent goes into production, and your team shifts to curating and approving what the agents produce.

04

I don't have a tech team, and nobody here can code. Will it work?

It works without a developer, a tech team, or a CRM of your own: a spreadsheet can serve as a lightweight CRM. Studio Connecta sets up the operation and onboards the person who will run it with ready-made commands. On your side: a brand book and the briefing before we start, and someone to operate it after handoff.

05

What if the AI publishes something wrong or off-brand?

The agents don't publish or send anything to the public without your approval. The documented brand voice works as a gate: without it, the Creator doesn't go into production. Every piece goes through the Reviewer, who runs the stress test for consistency, claims, errors, and grammar before the Deliverer formats it for the channel. You have the final say.

06

Who runs the agents after handoff?

You or someone on your team. The model is a one-time setup: Studio Connecta configures the operation and hands it over with a playbook and onboarding, and you take the controls. If you want help afterward, you can add optional monthly support: one 45-minute strategy meeting a month and, when needed, maintenance and improvements to the agents.

07

What do I need to get started?

Your brand book and the completed briefing form. To run the agents, you need a standard-plan license for an AI platform, paid to the platform directly, and disk space on your team's computer. We only need access to your social accounts, ad manager, WhatsApp Business, and CRM if they're part of the proposal's scope.

08

How soon is the operation ready?

Within 10 days after two milestones on your side: the completed briefing and the delivered brand book. You fill out the briefing after you approve the proposal, and the clock starts once we have both.

09

Do the agents and the playbook stay with my company?

Yes. The agents, flows, integrations, and documented playbook belong to your company, with team onboarding included. You keep operating without depending on Studio Connecta.

10

Are paid ads management and ad spend included?

No. Campaign management and ad spend are out of scope, and so are platform licenses and credits (APIs and AI). If you want someone managing your funnel and media every month, the right service is Lead Generation.

11

Do I need to sign up for another service first? How is this different from Branding & Digital Presence?

No. AI Marketing Agents works on its own: it doesn't depend on another service and isn't a prerequisite for any. The difference from Branding is who runs it. With Branding, Studio Connecta produces and publishes your content every month, and our team runs it. With the Agents, Studio Connecta builds the operation and your team runs it.

12

How much does it cost?

It's a one-time setup, and you get the price in the proposal, with the scope and the investment in writing. You pay the AI platform directly for its license.
