B2B Sales Radar: Decision makers don't read info@

You choose the target and the role of the person who decides. With no paid traffic, Studio Connecta analyzes that target and finds the decision makers, with validated contacts. Every week, the leads go into an exclusive Pipeline, ready for your team to reach out.

The photo shows a crowd seen from above and a radar sweeping the plaza toward the person in the green circle, next to the Named decision maker badge. In front, the card This week's target companies shows week 3 of 4 in the exclusive Pipeline and the filter: packaging industry, Greater São Paulo, 51 to 200 employees, and purchasing director. It lists three fictional companies, two marked as new, each with its segment, the decision maker and title, the contact validated badge, and the confidence score: two high and one medium. The card's footer shows the full history and the LGPD opt-out.

The pain / 01

The hours your reps spend hunting for names and job titles
don't show up in your sales report.

  1. Scene 01

Monday's meeting starts with no new names

Monday morning, you ask about pipeline and your rep says they're still building the list. They spend the day on LinkedIn, hunting for the purchasing director at a company that might not even buy.

The cost of leaving it as is

You pay a salesperson to sell. They spend the start of the week researching names and titles, hours that no sales report shows.

  2. Scene 02

Prospecting stalls at info@ and the front desk

Your team emails the company's info@ address, calls the front desk, and asks for the director's name. The front desk won't share it. The email sits for weeks with no reply.

The cost of leaving it as is

Your rep writes to an inbox the director doesn't open and can't tell whether they got the wrong company or only the wrong person.

  3. Scene 03

You fight your competitors for the same click

Every quarter, your cost per click goes up. You raise the ad budget only to keep your lead volume where it was.

The cost of leaving it as is

You pay more for the same volume and still depend on the decision maker seeing your ad and raising their hand.

  4. Scene 04

The list you bought doesn't say which contacts to trust

You bought a database in a spreadsheet. Your team started at the top and found emails that bounce and directors who have left the company.

The cost of leaving it as is

Your rep only finds the bad data when reaching out, because the vendor hands over the spreadsheet without saying how reliable each contact is.

  5. Scene 05

The batch arrives all at once and goes stale

The full list lands at the start of the month. Your team works the best names in week one and picks through the leftovers for the rest of the month, while the record of who they already contacted sits scattered across each rep's spreadsheet.

The cost of leaving it as is

You have no way to tell the vendor which profiles moved forward, so the next batch arrives with the same mistakes.

  6. Scene 06

Your pipeline depends on trade shows and referrals

You close plenty of deals in the quarter your industry holds its trade show, then spend the following months waiting for a referral. You know which companies you want as clients, but you have no routine for reaching them.

The cost of leaving it as is

You can't forecast next quarter's pipeline, because it depends on the events calendar and on who remembers to refer you.

Without the decision maker's name, your reps start the week doing research and get to the sales conversation late.

The shift / 02

You choose the target.
Studio Connecta analyzes it and finds the person who decides.

In the briefing, you describe the target: industry, territory, company size, revenue range, the decision maker's level and department, and the monthly volume. Studio Connecta searches public sources for companies and decision makers. Our team curates the list: they confirm the person makes the decision, validate the contact, and state how reliable the data is. Only leads that pass this check go into your exclusive Pipeline.

  1. 01

    You brief us

Industry, territory, size, revenue, the decision maker's level and department, and the monthly volume.

  2. 02

    We analyze the target

We cross-check public sources and find the companies that match your filter.

  3. 03

    Our team confirms who decides

Someone on our team checks that this person signs off on the decision.

  4. 04

    Contact checked, confidence stated

Our team validates the contact and states a confidence level on each lead: high, medium, or low.

  5. 05

The batch lands in your exclusive Pipeline

Leads arrive week by week, ready for your team to reach out and build the relationship.

  6. 06

    We sharpen the filter

Your team flags what moved forward and what didn't fit the profile. We feed that into next week's filter.

The entry criteria for your exclusive Pipeline

Each lead goes in only after it clears these four checks:

  • Matches your filter
  • Decision maker confirmed
  • Contact validated
  • Confidence stated

Example: a 60-lead month, week by week

  1. Week 0115leads
  2. Week 0215leads
  3. Week 0315leads
  4. Week 0415leads

Each batch stays in your exclusive Pipeline's history.

Comparison / 05

Three ways to source leads for your team.
Only one delivers verified decision makers every week.

A purchased list, a list you build yourself with AI, and the B2B Sales Radar, criterion by criterion
Criterion Purchased list List you build yourself with AI With Studio Connecta
What your team gets The company and a likely job title, with whatever email came in the spreadsheet. A list of companies in the industry, with no confirmation of who decides. The named decision maker, with title, LinkedIn, email, and an alternate contact.
Data confidence You find the bouncing emails during outreach. You check each name and each contact yourself. Contact validated before delivery and a confidence score stated on each lead.
Format A spreadsheet by email that goes stale in a folder. A standalone file you organize and keep updated. Your company's exclusive Pipeline, with the delivery history.
Pace The whole batch at once. Depends on someone on your team setting aside hours to check the list. The monthly volume, spread out week by week.
Improvement The next batch ships without your team's feedback. Gets better if you rewrite the prompt with what you learned. Your sales team's feedback goes into next week's filter.
First conversation Your rep researches the company before reaching out. The AI also summarizes the company, if you ask. A company summary and outreach triggers, ready on the lead.
Who does the work The vendor delivers the spreadsheet. Your team cleans the data. You build, check, and update it in your spare time. Studio Connecta analyzes the target and finds the decision makers. Your team owns outreach and the relationship.

Who it's for / 06

Who it makes sense for,
and who it doesn't.

Where this pain shows up most

  • B2B companies with a sales team
  • Sales leaders who push for pipeline
  • Selling to partners, directors, or managers
  • Built on referrals and trade shows
  • Looking to prospect without relying on ads
  • Teams that buy lists or databases

It's for you if

  • Your company sells to other companies and has a sales team available to work the leads and report back every week.
  • You can describe your ideal customer: niche, territory, size, type of operation, and decision maker profile.
  • You sell to a defined role (partner, director, department manager) and keep running into generic contacts.
  • You want to build pipeline without bidding in ad auctions.
  • Your pipeline depends on referrals and trade shows, and you want a prospecting routine.

It's not for you if

  • You have no one to work the leads. Studio Connecta delivers the decision maker. Outreach, follow‑up, and closing stay with your team.
  • You want to pay per booked meeting or per closed sale.
  • You're looking for bulk email, your own CRM, or sales automation.
  • You want to attract people who raise their hand through ads. That path is Lead Generation.
  • You sell to consumers. The Radar delivers target companies and decision makers.
  • You want a one-off list. The Radar is a subscription with weekly delivery.

  • How many leads a month you want to receive
  • Your decision on the premium enrichment add-on
  • A sales team available to work the leads and report back every week

  • Once you approve the proposal, the onboarding form with your company's basic information

Industry, decision maker, territory, size, revenue, volume, and the add-on are already in step 2 of the form on this page.

  1. Step 01

    Form and call

You fill out the form on this page and, in step 2, brief us on your targeting: who you want to reach. A specialist schedules an assessment call over video.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal in writing

Studio Connecta measures how hard your targeting is and sends the proposal with volume, add-ons, timeline, and price.

  3. Step 03

    Onboarding and weekly deliveries

Once you approve the proposal, you fill out the onboarding form with your company's information and accept the data processing policy. The first delivery arrives on the proposal's timeline, and from then on, each week's batch goes into your exclusive Pipeline.

You only pay after you approve the proposal, with the scope in writing.

FAQ / 09

Questions before you sign up for the Radar.

01

I already buy lists or have a database. Why pay for the Radar?

A purchased list or a database gives you the company, a likely job title, and whatever email came in the file. With the Radar, Studio Connecta delivers the named decision maker, with the contact validated before it enters your exclusive Pipeline, the confidence level stated on the lead, and a company summary your rep can use to open the conversation. You'll feel the difference week after week: Studio Connecta sharpens the filter with your sales team's feedback, while the file stays the same as the day it arrived.

02

Do you guarantee booked meetings or sales?

No, and the proposal says so in writing. Studio Connecta is accountable for what it controls: analyzing the target, finding the decision maker, validating the contact, stating the confidence on each lead, and calibrating the filter. Outreach, follow‑up, and closing stay with your team, who knows your product and your margins. In your exclusive Pipeline, you track what Studio Connecta delivered and with what level of confidence.

03

What arrives in the exclusive Pipeline for each lead?

On the decision maker: name, title, LinkedIn, validated email, an alternate contact, and the channels where the person is active, which show you where to reach out. On the company: industry, territory, headquarters, size by headcount, revenue range, and details of the operation. To open the conversation: a company summary, outreach triggers, and the data confidence score (high, medium, or low), stated on the lead itself.

04

Is my niche too small to get volume?

Studio Connecta measures that up front: the difficulty of your targeting affects both the volume and the price in the proposal. For narrow targeting, the proposal states in writing that the volume is a ceiling and that we can loosen filters with you if delivery stalls. You know what to expect before you sign.

05

What about data protection under the LGPD?

Studio Connecta gathers every data point on a lead from public sources and cross-checks content published online, such as news stories and articles. A decision maker's name, title, email, and LinkedIn are personal data even when they're public, so Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law) applies to them. Before you start, you agree to the data processing policy and to the exclusive Pipeline's opt-out channel, where any decision maker can ask to be removed from the database.

06

How much does it cost?

The price depends on your targeting: leads per month, niche difficulty, and add-ons such as premium enrichment. That's why we quote it in writing, in the proposal, after the briefing. You pay the monthly fee by international credit card, in advance, at the start of each month. Because we reach decision makers without ads, you don't need an ad budget.

07

How soon do I get the first leads?

The setup work varies by niche, so Studio Connecta assesses the timeline after you brief us on your targeting, in step 2 of the form on this page, and puts it in writing in the proposal. From then on, delivery is weekly.

08

Why weekly delivery instead of the whole month's volume at once?

Your team works in weekly cycles and, after each delivery, flags which leads moved forward and which didn't fit the profile. Studio Connecta uses that feedback to adjust next week's filter. A 60-lead monthly package, for example, arrives as 15 a week. You can check the delivery history in your exclusive Pipeline.

09

What's the difference between the Radar and Lead Generation? Do I need to hire another service first?

Lead Generation uses ads to attract people who raise their hand, with a separate ad budget. With the Radar, Studio Connecta goes after the decision makers in the niche you chose, with no ads. Each service works on its own, and the two can run together. No Studio Connecta service requires another as a prerequisite, so you can start with the Radar.

10

Does the Radar work for my industry?

It works for companies that sell to other companies and can describe who buys from them. Your industry changes the effort. In industries active on LinkedIn and the web, we find a public trail and research less by hand. In industries with little public presence online, we research more. That effort counts toward the difficulty in the proposal. If our analysis shows your market can't support the volume you asked for, Studio Connecta tells you before you sign.

11

Do you send emails or feed my CRM?

No. Email sending, your CRM, and sales automation tools are out of scope, and so are the licenses for those tools on your side. Studio Connecta adds the verified companies and decision makers to the exclusive Pipeline, and your sales team handles outreach.
